Yoga & Meditation Retreats
The
Guatemala Yoga & Meditation Retreats are held each year
in mid-July, at Villa Sumaya, a retreat center near the
Mayan village of Santa Cruz on the shores of Lake Atitlan.
The Yoga studio, dining hall and all of the guest rooms
feature stunning views of the lake and surrounding volcanos.
The Yoga studio features hard-wood floors and bay windows.

The
Mexico Yoga & Meditation Retreats are held each year
in early November, at the secluded Los Naranjos retreat
center, in the fishing village of Yelapa. Isolated by the
Sierra Madres, this village is accessible only by boat.
No roads, no cars, no phones. Dinner by candlelight! Waterfalls,
river trails, jungle, mountains, beaches, and snorkeling. |

The
Texas Yoga & Meditation retreats are held at the Margaret
Austin Retreat Cente, located off of Hwy 290, midway between
Houston and Austin. The facilities are snuggled into a
hollow in the Texas Hill Country, over looking a pasture,
& streams. |
